"My favorite pet shop"
This is my favorite pet shop. It really sums it up. The staff are super friendly and genuinely care, always going the extra mile. They also took care of microchipping all my furry friends, making the entire experience as quick and easy as it could be.

I enjoy shopping at Peejay Pets since I can easily locate what I need online, and it shows me the stock availability. Occasionally, it might take as long as three days for my items to be set for pickup, but if I give them a call, they often can sort it out for me to grab it later the same day. The prices are super competitive, and the team is always friendly and ready to help.

"Pickup Order Experience"
Ordering for pickup on the website was a bit of a hassle. I had no clue which location my order was at. When I called to check, they mentioned they’d give me a ring when it was ready, and they did follow through. However, when I showed up to grab it, they informed me it needed to come from a different store, and I’d have to waste my time and return later. I was never informed that it was out of stock.

"Nice cage, but Yodel delivery stinks"
The birdcage is fantastic and just what I was looking for. Sadly, the delivery service was terrible. My package was stuck in their warehouse for almost two weeks. It only got sorted out after I reached out to them and Peejay. Peejay appreciated me bringing it to their attention. I'd definitely shop with them again, but only if they ditch Yodel.
